A Scenic Hilltop farm stay Overlooking the Sahyadris.

Escape the chaos of the city and immerse yourself in nature. Situated on a serene hillock, our spacious 2,500 sq. ft. villa offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and comfort.

On one side, gaze out over a massive organically grown orchard of 450 mango trees. On the other, take in sprawling, panoramic views of the Sahyadri Mountain Range and the perennial River Pej (originating from the Bhivpuri Dam).

🌌 If you’re lucky, you will witness the moonrise from behind the mountains. Believe us, it is far more romantic than a sunrise!

• Deluxe Room: Air-conditioned room with an attached bathroom.

• Super Deluxe Room: Air-conditioned room featuring an attached bathroom equipped with a bathtub for ultimate relaxation.

🏡 Note: The Classic Room on the property is occupied by the owner and is not available for rent.
Capacity: Each room features a King-size bed and can accommodate up to 2 extra mattresses

We serve organically grown and natural, pure vegetarian meals available upon request at an additional charge.

🌾 To ensure maximum ingredients are sourced directly from our farm and our organic store in Mumbai, please select and confirm your menu at least 1 day in advance of your stay.

House Rules & Prohibited Items

To maintain the sanctity, hygiene, and safety of our farm stay, we enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding certain items.

• Prohibited: Smoking, Alcohol, Cigarettes, Hookah, Tobacco, E-cigarettes, drugs, and any other contraband.

• This is a pure vegetarian property, we serve jain and vegan meals on advance requests too. Outside food not allowed.

• No Firecrackers or Colors: The use of firecrackers and playing with colors (Holi, etc.) is prohibited.

• Pet Policy: To maintain hygiene, overnight pet stays are not allowed. Pets are permitted for day trips only, but are strictly barred from entering the farmhouse, bedrooms, kitchen, pool, restaurant, and other structures. They are free to roam the open farm areas.

Things to Note About Farm Living:

This is an authentic farm stay located in a rural area, not a commercial hotel. Please treat it like a home!

• Nature's Neighbors: Being a farm, you will encounter local animals, insects, and bugs. While we keep the property clean, guests are highly advised to carry mosquito repellent.

• Power Backup: Rural areas experience power fluctuations. We have an inverter backup that powers limited lights and fans only for up to 4 hours (depending on usage). Air conditioning and heavy appliances will not work on backup.
