1. Membership & Subscription

1. The Farm Share Membership is valid only for the subscription period mentioned at the time of enrolment.

2. The membership is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-extendable under any circumstances.

3. Membership is issued only to the registered subscribers and cannot be changed or transferred to another person.

4. No other person may visit, stay, or avail membership benefits in place of a registered member.

5. The standard membership includes up to 4 family members. An additional charge of ₹2,500 per member will apply for every member beyond the first four.

6. The Farm Retreat reserves the right to cancel or terminate any Farm Share Membership at its sole discretion, without prior notice or assigning any reason.

2. Farm Share Rights

1. Subscribers are entitled only to the fruits and vegetables harvested from their allotted 1,000 sq. ft. Farm Share during the active subscription period.

2. The membership does not confer any ownership, leasehold, or legal rights over the land, trees, plants, or any other property.

3. Trees and permanent plantations remain the property of The Farm Retreat even if planted during the subscriber's membership.

4. Upon expiry of the subscription, members shall have no rights or access to the Farm Share, its plants, trees, or future produce.

3. Harvesting Guidelines

1. Harvesting is permitted only:

   • From the subscriber's allotted Farm Share.

   • During a pre-booked visit.

   • In the presence of an authorised Farm Expert.

2. Subscribers shall not cut, uproot, damage, or remove any plants, trees, irrigation systems, fencing, or any other property.

3. Any intentional damage caused to plants, crops, equipment, or property shall be recovered from the primary subscription holder.

4. Farming Risks

1. Farm produce is grown using organic farming practices and is subject to natural and agricultural risks including, but not limited to:

   • Unfavourable weather conditions

   • Pest or disease attacks

   • Natural calamities

   • Seasonal variations

   • Water availability and other farming-related uncertainties

2. While every reasonable effort shall be made to ensure healthy cultivation, The Farm Retreat does not guarantee the quality, quantity, variety, or timing of harvests.

5. Farm Visits

1. All visits must be pre-booked at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Entry is permitted only to registered members carrying:

   • A valid Government-issued Photo ID, and

   • Original Membership Card (where applicable).

3. Failure to produce the required identification or membership card may result in denial of entry and forfeiture of member benefits.

4. Right of Admission is Reserved.

6. Guest Policy

1. Subscribers may bring guests only with prior approval.

2. Guest charges shall be ₹1,000 per person per day, excluding meals.

3. Unless specifically included in the subscribed membership plan, all guest charges shall be payable at prevailing rates.

7. Meals & Farm Stay

1. Meals may be booked at least 24 hours in advance and shall be charged at prevailing rates.

2. Complimentary Farm Stay, wherever included in the membership package:

   • Is available only in Deluxe/Super Deluxe Farmhouse rooms.

   • Is subject to availability.

   • Cannot be shifted to Resort rooms unless mentioned in membership benefits.

   • Cannot be extended beyond the membership validity period.

3. Paid room upgrades, wherever applicable, are subject to availability and membership privileges.

4. Room access and areas reserved for in-house guests are not included unless specifically mentioned in the membership package.

8. Property Access

1. Subscribers may use only the designated Farm Share area, surrounding open spaces, and the designated river access point.

2. Access to other parts of the property is permitted only during an authorised guided farm tour.

3. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by management.

9. Conduct & Safety

1. The Farm Retreat is committed to maintaining a clean, healthy, and family-friendly environment.

2. The following are strictly prohibited on the property:

   • Alcohol

   • Cigarettes

   • Tobacco products

   • Hookah

   • E-cigarettes/Vapes

   • Narcotic substances

   • Illegal drugs

   • Weapons

   • Any prohibited or contraband items

3. Subscribers and their guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and respect the farm, fellow visitors, staff, and wildlife.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

1. Farm activities involve inherent risks associated with agriculture, uneven terrain, insects, animals, water bodies, and outdoor environments.

2. Subscribers and guests visit and participate at their own risk.

3. The Farm Retreat, its management, directors, employees, and staff shall not be liable for:

   • Any accident, injury, illness, loss, or damage suffered by any visitor.

   • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

4. Electricity is supplied by MSEB and may occasionally be interrupted. The Farm Retreat does not provide generator backup.

11. Membership Benefits

1. Original membership cards, coupons, vouchers, or any promotional documents must be presented in physical form wherever applicable.

2. Photocopies, screenshots, scanned copies, or digital images shall not be accepted unless specifically authorized.

3. Unused benefits, complimentary stays, coupons, discounts, or privileges lapse upon expiry of the membership and cannot be carried forward.

12. General Terms

1. The Farm Retreat reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Any relaxation or waiver of any condition in one instance shall not constitute a continuing waiver.

3. The decision of The Farm Retreat management regarding interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.

4. By subscribing to the Farm Share Membership, the subscriber confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
