Delivery Time-Frame:

• Currently delivery of farm fresh fruits & vegetables from Organic Farm Share will be restricted to within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane City only as per the serviceable pin-codes listed on www.thefarmeronline.com.

• Delivery of organic farm share will be done once a week as per availability of harvest at the farm share.

• In a very rare case, delivery are delayed due to various reasons unforeseen for example, natural calamities, lockouts, bandhs, octroi and/or any other unforeseen problems. We would try through the best of means available to ensure safe arrival of your products; we request your patience on the same.

• In case of deliveries via 3rd party logistics company, The Farm Retreat shall not be liable for any delay, loss in transit or damage to goods done. Though The Farm Retreat shall do its very best to avoid such damage or delay from taking place.

• The Farm Retreat takes no responsibility of any damage / spoilage of produce delivered to the subscriber grown on their organic farm share.
